Just a reminder to folks in the U.S. and Canada that Safeway stores across both countries are collecting money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation. It's an easy way to donate, and you get a receipt on the spot.

Last year the stores collected over US $10 million.
This year the money is once again going to PCF, and will be funneled into two specific research programs.

I'm glad Safeway participates in fundraising for this cancer. Too bad they ignore many less funded cancers, despite repeated requests.

Good luck with this year's fundraiser.
