Since my prostate removal nearly 2 years ago I have not recovered my continence or erection capacity, although I have tried tablets, injections and exercises.

I am waiting for further implant surgery to fit a 'tap' to my bladder and an inflationary device to my penis.

Some surgeons are warey of the long term viability of this, and others seem to see no problem.

There would appear to be possible reaction against the intrusive implants, and the close proximity of the contesting hardware, may be awkard to operate, apparantly.

Is there anyone out there who has had this double op?

I am only 51, and would expect to have a long and regular usage of both implants.

Please let me know your thoughts and experience, ASAP as I believe the op could be happening this summer.

Richard
