He had uncontrolled Pain in his legs , lower back thighs for 2 mth and un fortunately found out about cancer and its in advanced stage. What kind of symptoms generally people experience.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear about that.
In my opinion you had better get him to hospital for the treatment as soon as possible.

Because from your message, you told us the cancer (stomach ?right?)has been diagonosed and confirmed by doctor. And since the cancer is during the advanced stage, according to my knowledge,surgery will not work under this kind of circumstances.

Although it could have side effects, chemo- or radiotherapy might be the right choice for the tumor growth control.If he can not tolerate the treatment,maybe you could choose some other medicine to be used in combination with chemotherapy so as to reduce the side effects.

I know that maybe there will be some one who would tell you not to do the chemo because of serious adverse reactions. But I also think that there must be some useful medicines with synergistic effects when used in combination with chemo.

Just keep hope and never give up.
