hey i accendenty scratch m mole on my stumick and it itches now and i scratched off my mole on my neck can i have cancer i am worried plz help Confused Sad if it bleeds will it not stop? now my arm is tangling i hit my arm on the door and my mole got hit and my arm is tangling is that a good sign

well my arm mole got slamed int da door today Sad and was bleeding and mom toke me to the doc but they didnt do nething all he did was look at it and said let it heal but i think its cancerious but he said its not and he is just a regaler doc to. what are the signs of getting skin cancer?
