could these symptoms be other than lymphoma?

My symptoms are tightness and pressure under the left arm for about six weeks, today I developed pain and swollen lymph nodes under same arm and numbness in my arm and hand, I have been waking up soaked in sweat and have been under some stress lately. I also should note that about 6 months ago I lost 20 lbs over a few weeks due to loss of apetite at some point during the weight loss I got a very bad back ache in my middle back that was followed by intense itching. The pain persists today and is accompanied by constant numbness across my back below the right shoulder blade and sometimes a dull ache and often itching.
what do you think?

Hi I really think if u havent gone to the doctors yet , u should. If u arent feelin right somethin is wrong and its better to catch whatever it is earlier. Sounds like u have been wondering and havin symptoms for a bit. I myself had hodgkins Lymphoma and it may have returned. My symptoms werent so severe, but some symptoms were itchy skin, feeling sleepy all the time and weight loss. If u have swollen lymph nodes do talk to your doctor. Hope u get it figured out. [/b]
