could this be cancer? very scared

Hi there my name is adam and i am a 24 year old male. I have not been feelng well for the past 2 years. I didn't have much when i was yonger except, athletes foot, nose bleeds for no reason, scabies, and i had my appendix out. Then 2 years ago i had a bad pain in my back which resulted in immediate chills. The next day i developed urinary symptoms such as urinary hesitancy, pain upon urination, overflow incontinence, etc... I went to the doc and he gave me some antibiotics. It made me feel a bit better but then it was the same thing just not to the extent when i first started. This kept going on for about a month or so and i went and got all the std testing which came back negative. Then about a month later i developed itching in my groin all the way back to my anus. I also had folliculitis which was diagnosed by my doctor. I didn't go see another doc until about a year because i started feeling worse. I developed a low back pain that is always there and makes me feel full all the time. I had a night sweat where i woke up totally drenched which had never happened before. (none of this had happened before). I had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and groin. My testicles hurt at times. I have pains that go throughout my body like from my waste line down, sharp shooting pains. After i played football once i had burning on the tops of my hands and feet and i couldn't walk bk it hurt so bad. I finally go to the doc with all of this and he tells me that it is probably nothing but he will do all the tests. Of course nothing showed up on the blood tests. I also went to emerge one night and they found sugar in my urine. Doctor did a blood test and rules out diabetes. Lately i have been sweating a lot but i am not sure if it is just from being nervous about not feeling well bk i think about this all the time. The doctor noticed that about me right away that i was cold and clammy. My bowels have switched from diarhhea to constipation. Is there any way that this could be from lukemeia not showing up on a blood test? I have read about lukemia in the prostate and this has scared me. Thanks for all your help and i hope somebody can provide some insight for me.
