Dear Sam,

My beloved Mum's battle has ended too, she passed away this morning.

It was helping me so much to talk to you and to our friends in the forum all along this painful journey.

You're in my prayers.

Dear Kris,

I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. It makes me so sad to think that since I found this board that everyone I have been speaking to has lost there loved ones already, myself, BC, Joy and now you. What a horrific illness.

I am thinking of you and sending my love to you and your family.

Please keep in touch.

Hello Kris,

I am so sorry for what you had to go through and all of the suffering your mom has had. She really is at peace now and has no worries.

I am glad you got to spend as much time as you did and tell her the things that mattered most to you.

When my dad passed away we knew he would do this when we were not around. They really have the power to decide when it is time to go, so don't feel bad that you weren't there. But do hold on to all of the times this past few months that you were there and able to talk to her. That is what matters most!!

Having met so many people who all lost someone shows how horrible this can be - I hope someone finally comes up with a cure, so we can have happier stories in the future.

Take care and I'll be thinking of you
