Ok so i'm sure all of us are aware of the diffrent bracelets for diffrent causes. I personaly wear pink( brest cancer ) and yellow ( livestrong ). other colors are

AIDS Awareness Bracelet - Red

Autism Awareness Bracelet - Multi-colored

Breast Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Pink

Brain Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Gray

Colon Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Royal Blue

Lung Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Clear

[b] Melanoma Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Black[/b]

Kidney Cancer/Organ Transplant Awareness Bracelet-Green

Ovarian/Uterine Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Teal

Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Purple

Prostate Cancer Awareness Bracelet - Sky Blue

Lymphoma/Leukemia Awareness Bracelet - Red and Clear


Now i know how true this color is since it took my mom so quick and so fast... but black to me means death all these other colors are a kind of hope teals and blues, yellow, purple. my mom refused to wear one of the melanoma bracelets. because of the color because she refused to admit defeat that was something she never admited and never will and for that i am glad.

I'm not that sure if we can change this or even have an effect but there are very few places that research melanoma and direct contributions to that cause are needed...

Theres places to get these bracelets made every where since they became a fasion trend and i'd lke to make some in a diffrent color some color that gives hope... you all got any suggestions? id like to get some ideas i figure i could put a poll up once we figure some colors.

id love to put forth some of the money i get from my mommas passing to such a good use as getting these made and put a direct contribution to a selected charity from the profit of the braclets.

so please if i could have your ideas it would be of great help
