After no success with 2 rounds of the dreadful IL-2, my guy is now being sent on to clinical trials. he lacks the HLA-A0201 (white blood cell receptor) making it harder for the treaments to work, and also excluding him from many of the trials. Has anyone tried or currently in a trial using temozolomide with or without ATN-224? It's a tablet chemo drug, he is going to start soon if nothing else comes up.
