Green tea is only one of many natural foods that can help the body's defences. It is not however a cure-all, and you can drink too much. Far better to examine the total diet and concentrate on maintaining a good balance.

Yes there seems to be a buzz everywhere regarding the benefits of the green tea in the cancer patients. However I cant help asking why coffee then is regarded bad for us? I mean when it is taken in excessive. There must surely be some caffiene present in the Green Tea too! So doesnt this seem too contradictory? To say the least I am not very aware of the chemical properties this was just what came to my mind and thus decided to ask.
