Hi,
I am 31 years old. Last year I had h. pylori infection which was treated by antibiotic medicines. I was suggested to take Omeprazole (20Mg) for some period of time. I am still taking it but last month when I had a gap of 5-6 days; I had very heavy heartburn. I again started taking Omeprazole but then I started having continous pain in the upper center-left portion of abdomen just below the ribs. My doctor again tested for h. pylori infection which came negative. CBC and Ultra Sound also came normal. After 10 days pain was not continous but I was still feeling pain for atleast 5-6 times in a day. My GI asked me to take additional Aciphex (20mg). Still I feel pain atleast 5-6 times in a day at one one point in abdomen which lasted for few minutes. Pain comes with a feeling of nausea and weakness. Also I have belching specially in morning. Fecal-Occult Blood Test also came negative. I haven't done an endoscopy. Pls. suggest could it be starting symtoms of cancer?

You need to get an endoscopy. You ask for a suggestion, that's the best I can give. Everything beyond that would be pure speculation. Good Luck !!!
