My sister was diagnosed with LC on Jun 25, it spread to the brain and liver. She was 46 yrs old. Doctors told her she'd be o.k. she did her 10 rounds of radiation, lost her hair, did her chemo. It looked like she was doing well, eating good, taking care of things, even last night she placed an order for some stuff. She died sometime last night. She's at peace now. No more pain. No more Dr's, drug stores, treatments, pain meds, antidepressents,. Just good sound sleep. I learned a lot while I was on here, but never came away feeling anything but pain. There's so much of it here, it was always so hard for me to get through it. But it helped me and I wish every one well. It's over now. Peace, finally.

My deepest condolences.

The comfort is that she went quickly and without a longer period of suffering, and while in a positive mood.

Steve, this is indeed very sad news. I am very sorry for your sister's death. I will be think and praying for you and your family in the weeks ahead.
