I will try to post this but I suspect it will not work since I cannot seem to get ubb code turned on! I guess you can copy the link into your browser address bar to visit Health Talk. It is a great resource and they have on line live talks which can be quite interesteing. I receive these updates in my email all the time. IN preview I see that a link that I copied and pasted seemed to work so hope that is all I need to do from now on.
