Has anyone seen Terry Fox's story ??
I bunked off school one day and this was on.
Oh my god, one of the best and definetly the most inspirational film I have ever seen, maybe up there with remember the titans.
Which is my favortie film of all time.
But yeah and it brought the message home even more because it was about his leg, even though his story was much worse than minem mI would still draw comparisons |

I have not seen a lot of these. I like these kind of movies but too many of them might not be healthy at one time. (grin).
I just love 'Imitation of Life'. The illness may not be cancer but "Brian's Song" and "Love Story" are about life and illness.
I think I saw part of Ice Bound. I couldn't do that either. _________________ Mary

I had a chance to watch a movie on A&E one Sunday. It called "THE FIVE PEOPLE YOU MEET IN HEAVEN". It is from a Best selling book. It is not a movie base on Cancer. But a very moving story, And well done also.
Might want to give a try. _________________ 10-20-00

acguy: I think that is the book by Mitch Albom. He also wrote the book "Tuesdays With Morrie". I really liked the book. It gets you to thinking. Morrie is dying slowly. Here is a link about it.

Don't know if 'Tuesdays' is a movie. If so couldn't do the book justice. _________________ Mary
