I have tried it and a couple of blueberry formulations, and also pomegranate juice which has helped with urgency problems. Supplements and diet changes have also helped my immune system.

Studies indicate that lifestyle and diet can influence general health and probably PC prognosis, but it's doubtful if one food will prove to have a huge influence if it's not part of a good overall diet.
