I have heard that ringing in the ears, frequent headaches and sinus congestion are some of the symptoms of Nasal cancer. That is quite worrying as I have those. What are the other symptoms of nasal cancer?

Firstly,

Nasal cancer is cancer that occurs within the nose, either in the nasal vestibule (immediate interior of the noise, just beyond the nostrils), or the nasal cavity (deeper interior of the nose).

frequent headaches, sinus and cold are some symptoms of nasal cancer. But do you also experience nose bleeds? I suggest you see a doctor quick before the original tumor invades other tissues around the nose.

Other symptoms can include: double vision, bulging of the eye, loose teeth and in more advanced stages, fatigue, weight loss, lack of appetite and fever.

But your lucky because chances are, you might not be suffering from nasal cancer. Nasal cancers are rare and less than 2% of all tumors of the respiratory tract in the U.S. Less than 50 cases a year are diagnosed in the U.S.

VanessaNg, other things such as a sinus infection are most likely the cause of your symptoms. I would recommend that you go to an ENT (ear, nose, and throat) doctor to have it checking out. This is the time of the year that a lot of us (including me right now) have these symptoms. Also, you might want to try an over-the-counter sinus medication.

Best wishes.
