Hello to you all wonderful and brave people!

Can I ask if there are any long term survivors that they could tell us their stories and share some hope.

I find that it sometimes helps!

Hi Lana. Each type of cancer has its own definition of what a "long term survivor" is. Usually, it means living beyond the original doctor's prognosis and each cancer does have it "long term survivor." With Lung Cancer, that definition depends on the specific type and stage of Lung Cancer you are talking about. However, at the present time, I do not think we have any members who qualify as long term survivors of lung cancer. I might be wrong because I do not know all the members.

I know you have other topics. I hope one of them has your story. I am very sorry that you are having to cope with this terrible disease.
