I've officially had it with all topical sunsceens. The safer mineral sunscreens cause me to break out because my skin can't breath, and I don't want to use the chemical ones. I just purchased a face visor that you can wear over your face that blocks 99% of the sun's UV rays. Has anyone tried this product? I ordered mine from www.facevisor.com after reading about it on a rosacea board -- I suffer from rosacea and have a family history of skin cancer. I have to avoid the sun at all costs. I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks.

windsurfer, look at the date when Landy posted that message... Jul 01, 2005. This was his/her last post. I do not know if Landy is even still around.

I am very sorry about your melanoma. What treatment are you receiving?

You are in my thoughts and prayers.
