Hello Everyone!

In the process of building a family and constant improving of our lives, we learn a lot of things that range from A to Z.

* Extreme sports are cool and give you a great adrenalin rush, but could leave you with a broken neck.

* Sleeping is essential and so much needed, but a "24/7 pillow" is a suicide mission.

* All the "biggie" and "super size" may look pleasing to a hungry eye, but will result in a 300-400 pound couch potato looking for a heart attack.

* The hyped cleaner may do the job, but will leave you with less of brain-lung-muscle-bone-heart cells.

So there is always a need of making choices. A healthy, well balanced and informed decisions.

Well of course, people learn by "trial and error".

Only when one gets a rewarding and beneficial opportunity, it is a matter of time until it will be shared with others.

For our family time is NOW!

But the choice is Yours...

That's all very true. I really wonder, though, how many things we use / eat / interact with on a daily basis actually cause cancer? Sometimes it seems like everything is going to kill us (like char on blackened steak - who would've thought it could be dangerous? Or peanut butter in plastic jars - they say PCBs can leach into the spread and cause cancer).

I guess it's all about moderation.

But sometimes I wonder if people two hundred years ago had as much cancer as we do today. I think the answer is probably "no."
