Please be sure to follow up consistently with your PSA tests. I have a friend whose PSA kept rising slowly. He had several biopsy's, at least 4, which showed nothing. Then he got the one that did have cancer. It was very aggressive. His treatment was IMRT, but the cancer has progressed to bone cancer now.

Biopsies do not always catch the cancer, so you must be diligent in your tests.
