Firstly, I want to say thank you to this entire forum, for those who replied, read, and prayed for my Mom. I know I already let you all know this, but today she is cancer free, after one tumultuous year of chemo, gamma knife, lung surgery, brain surgery, radiation, and permanent hair loss. She is alive , though still recovering from her battle WIN.

Secondly, it has been awhile since I have been here. All recovery time, really. Nonetheless, this forum was really soothing for me and I am grateful to have found it several months ago.

I pray each of you find peace and solace during your journey. Have faith in God, love deeply, and give all you can to those who are sick around you. They need you.

I pray each of you have peace every night, every moment and that your eyes would see and know the love of God. He is good, all the time.

Thanks, Jim, you are doing an amazing job consoling and encouraging people like me, whose loved ones have fallen ill to this horrible disease.

I'll pop back in now and again as I know it is helpful to hear and received encouraging testimonies, as well as to just listen to those in anguish over cancer.

I need to get to work but know I am so thankful, once again, for this forum.

your moms case its pretty similar to my husbands,radiation,gamma knife,brain surgery,thanks for giving us hope
