Extend the Food Information topic - folk could share their receipes and suggestions for when the 'patient' is say constipated or has an upset stomach. This coduld include home remedies.

Information about various treatments - where people could share their experiences eg the spheres are a great treatment but when John had them only 10 days after a daily five week regime of radiotherapy this was a very bad idea as it was too much for the body to deal with without a god break in between

Issues related to the practical things like preventing bedsores, skin irritation etc

Recommended reading books and websites

A where to buy section for various things such as medical aids

A topic about the related issues that are not health issues eg talking to friends and family about your cancer

A topic about dealing with the other difficult issues eg Wills, family feuds. Medical bills and how to traverse the system in various countries. I raise this because of the experiences Kokeril and I are having at present

A topic/section for Carers or perhaps all these topics above come under that:) Also as a carer dealing with the person you care for and their anger, denial etc

So many topics.................. however the forum already is simply awesome.... good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Perth Western australia - Ex husband's diagnosis was January 2006, stage IV bowel cancer with mets to liver and lungs. March 2006 Bowel re-section, then two+ years of continuous chemo, folfox then folfirri with two years of Avastin. Then MAX chemo. Had radiation to pelvic area and radioactive SIRT spheres injected through the portal vein into the liver. Prognosis 22 months he lived for 36 months and did a few very long road trips in that time which he enjoyed.
