Do you guys do anything or take anything to help deal with the day to day aches & soreness throughout your body? Some days I'll wake up feeling OK and then other days I'll wake up and not even want to get out of bed because I feel so poorly. I've felt so out of it recently I needed my boyfriend to help me to the shower...is this normal? I'm sick as well so I know that's not helping the situation...

Hopefully someone see's this as this forum doesn't seem too active.

Hi,

Since I don't have a clue what type of treatment you are on, it's best to consult with your doctor about what is an appropriate pain medication to take. You might also want to investigate something like Reiki treatments, which relax you and can be helpful with pain and mental stress.

Look it up to see if it's something you'd be interested in doing.

I don't have much experience with pain from cancer as that is not how it manifested for my husband. I do know that our oncologist said that if the pain goes away with an OTC med, then it's probably not cancer related.

Good luck and keep us posted. I'm sorry you are having this type of daily aches and pains.
