My hubby has a tumor, MS and diabetes. Keep in mind he has no meds for any of them right now. Is it possible for either one of these problems to 'trigger' a flair up of the other? The other question is can his emotions trigger a sezure in regards to his brain tumor. Trying rule out which issue is causing sezures when upset.

He has an appointment on Tues with a new Doc. We are starting from scratch. New physical. xrays, cat scans MRI's everything.

Thanks in advance
Suzy

Hi Suzy. I am very sorry about your husband's brain cancer. The cancer with or without stress can bring on seizures. In fact, that is how a lot of us find out. It can also cause personality changes just depending on the exact location that is affected by the tumor.

I have never heard of a link between brain tumors and either MS or diabetes. We did have a member who for several months was told she had brain cancer only to later find out that it was MS but that was an initial misdiagnosis.
