i have for long time had a braun birthmark on the right side of my face. now it hurts a little when touching it, at it seemed like it at has become more red, specially around the birthmark it has become red... could it be dangerous?? It just noticed it yesterday.

If it is causing you pain, you need to have a dermatologist look at it. Arrange for a consultation as soon as possible. It may not be cancer, but it may be something that should be treated.

yesterday it hurt a little when touching it. but today it doesnt, it has just turned red, and also some white hairs appears besides the black ones...

and at this point it's almost not hurting when touching it, seems like the pain has disappeared ?

I repeat - changes in birthmarks should be looked at by an expert. Please try to see a dermatologist and let us know the results.
