I recently had a mole removed on my hand that came back as "predominatly intradermal spitz nevus with atypia" I have researched and researched online and havent found much helpful info on this. Apparently its "rare" I am 23yrs old. I have to go back and have a wider excision done soon. Please let me know if you have heard of this or have it, or know anything about it??!?! thanks!
