J, my only experience is second hand; my father-in-law died due to MM after fighting it for 6 years. He did take Thalomid but since I was not living near him am not very sure if the Thalomid was a part of his problems or not. I do know that Thalomid has about the strongest warnings on it that I have seen. It is highly dangerous for women and children:

Nevertheless, it is also a very good treatment for people with MM so you should very much consider it... in consultation with your own medical team of course.
