I lost about 14lbs in just a few months, from April til now, and I never even did any exercise except just walk a mile a week. Is this hard to believe? Maybe I'm not eating enough? I feel like I do, since I eat 5 meals a day, 4 small meals then a large dinner. During the day I drink lots of water, eat fruits, etc. I went from my usual 173 ish to a current 160lbs.

Just a few days ago I went for a every two-week checkup at UCSF. My weight from 164 to 163lbs in one day and I couldn't believe it. I still eat 3 meals a day, and I haven't exercised as much except just using the stationary bike fpr 5min a day. In the morning I drink a cup of flaxseed/wheat germ, then I eat either oatmeal, granola cereal, or fruits. I eat fruits, almonds, sunflower seeds, macadamian nuts in between. It's been 3 months since I returned from the treatment and I've been able to stay 164-163lbs. I'm only 5ft 8" but I feel that I am in the right weight category.
