Sorry I haven't written in so long. Things have been crazy here. My mother passed in April from a stage 4 GBM tumor. We finally called in hospice in March. They gave her some good meds to help with pain. The Courts said it was cruel of my father to not let my sister visit her mother, even though she had stolen $85,000 and their properties using a fake POA. They ordered my father to leave the house 6 hours a day, in the winter, so she could visit. During one of these visits, she ripped a cross and chain from my mother's neck. (Search for Judy Jenkins caught on tape). She was arrested but the charges were dropped. The district attorney said it was a family matter. After this my father didn't care what the court said and would not let her back in the house. The court desided to take her out of the home and gave guardianship to my other sister. Against the advice of her doctors ( they said she couldn't survive the trip), she removed my mother from the home while my father was at a lawyer's office trying to stop them. She took her off her pain medications and changed her from DNR to a Full Code. She died within hours of being moved. The paramedics broke her ribs doing CPR. I pray that she was already gone so at least she wouldn't feal the pain, sinse my sister took her of her meds. Even though my mother is gone, my sister still drives by my father's house, trying to get him upset because the case is still pending. I do believe she is trying to get her father upset so he would have another stroke. I think she is trying to kill him because she could be facing jail time for forgeing a POA and he is the only one in her way.
