My brother was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer at the end of May. He had failed chemo with Gemzar and now is on Vitamen C infusion therapy. He has become progressively more confused and now he gets agitated at times. Yesterday was the worst. He ran out of the house and it took 2 of us to bring him inside. He takes Dilaudid and Ativan to manage his pain and anxiety. He looks so sick. I am not sure why he is so confused. Do you think he is dying now? My sister called the doctor this morning and we are waiting for a call back. Sad
