Sad My grandmother was diagnosd with PA in April of 2008 and it has been the worst experience in my 32 years of life. She was on Gemcitabine along withe clinical trials and noting has prevailed to work. Eventhough she has lived past the time that they gave her it till is the ugliest thing to wathch someone go thru. Right now she s only on Palliative measures and we are watching her lose all her body weight and be in so much pain from this disease it just hurts so much. I dont know how much longer she has left but I want to try to make it her best but it seems as if I am failing. I say to al those who are suffering anf those that are taking care of others with this disease-I give you strength because it can be a very tough road and I give you all the prayers I can. GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Exclamation

God bless you too, shawnaward, and I hope your grandmother is as peaceful and comfortable as she can be during this time. I am sure you are not 'failing' her in any way, as I can read your love for her in your post. No doubt she feels your love and knows that you are doing all that anyone could ever do.
