My husband was dxd with adenocarcinoma with bac charatersitics in aug 09.
Only 10 radiation treatments were given.
Surgery is not an option.
He has had 2 of his 6 chemo treatments (cisplatin with alimta).
This doesn't seem very agressive to me. I am comparing this to my dads treatment for lung cancer in 1996. (I know that's probably not wise).

He will have a ct scan on 10/13. Will it show whether the treatment is working? If it's not, will they adjust it?

I'm very, very overwhelmed (like many of you) Bless you all.

He took short term disability from work (fatigue, chemo brain and semis do not play well together).

Are there any sites I could check for possible financial assistance ?
