Is there a maximum of hospice care. I was told at the hospital that they come for 1 hour a day a couple of days a week. If the persons wish is to die at home yet they need round the clock care are there options that you do not have to hire a round the clock nurse. Money is very limited.
My father is in his final stages of liver cancer and has started turning yellow.

Suez, I am very sorry about your father's cancer. Hospices are a wonderful source of help. However, unless your father is in an inpatient hospice, they will not and cannot provide daily help. They can advise you about your options. Some times, Medicare will pay some for a nursing home. Otherwise, either you have to hire someone to help or line up family and friends to help.

None of these are good options but nothing is good about this. You and your father are in my thoughts and prayers.
