Hi,
I was recently diagnosed with a grade 3 anaplastic oligo with 1p/19q deletion and had a successful surgery. I'm doing my follow-up consultation and treatment at Sloan-Kettering. I've been given 2 options for treatment -
1. 5/23 day cycle for a year of temodar.
2. Cinical Trial - 5/23 day cycle for six months of temodar followed by a high dose chemo regiment of Busulfan and Thiotepa.
Wanted your opinion if any of you have gone thru a similar treatment and if it worked well? Also is the clinical trial worth it and if what are the right questions to ask before starting it?
Thanks, Ash

Hi Ash, I am sorry about your cancer. I have not heard of that combination in your clinical trial so I am interested in hearing about your results. Let us know how it goes for you.
