hello everyone,
My sister has a rare type of cancers started as a growth behind the ear. after the first surgery the cancer recurred more aggressively. then she had another huge surgery where they removed the ear, part of the face bones and the right facial nerve. after the surgery she had very extensive radiation sessions (everyday for 33 days) and after 3 months she had some pneumonia symptoms and they found out it's the cancer again. is there a further treatment and how long does she have??

Hi mido,

I don't have any experience in this area. The best thing is to find a good Oncologist. I can tell you that I have seen many advances in the fight against cancer, and every year they are coming up with new things. So don't give up hope.

10-26-09 Tumors gone.
11-25-09 Finish FOLFIRI - Jan 2011 Finish ERBITUX?
Age Diagnosed 40. Current Age:42
