Is pain one of the first symptoms or does that come at a later stage in the disease? and I was wanting to know do/did you have pain and if so where is/was it located and what does/did it feel like? I hope to get a reply soon and thinks in adavanced Smile

Hi Jimmy,

Pain is not necessarily the first symptom but it can be. A lot of people experience digestion problems first. It really differs from one individual to the next.

The big problem with pancreatic cancer is that it presents so few symptoms in the early stages. My first symptom was an odd and moderate pain with bathroom visits. I had a prostate exam, then a colonoscopy, then a CT scan over two months, and the CT scan uncovered stage IV pan can. The pain was from a tumor that had begun to grow in the pelvis.
