Hello everyone,

My name is Mark
I have recently turned 52 and although a lifetime non-smoker,
I have just been diagnosed with stage three throat Cancer..
(Base of tongue and lymph nodes on both sides of the neck)

I am looking forward to seven weeks of daily radiotherapy and chemo
starting 23rd Nov, so Xmas dinner will be through a tube into my stomach.

I realise that I am not alone in my situation and hope to read
more and educate myself by meeting others on these forums.

Best Wishes to everyone in their own personal battle!
