After four months, I feel I've made steady progress between the Viagara, Muse, and the VED. Still not natural eretions, but I was warned it might take 18 months as I list one nerve bundle and had a nerve graft.
So in the past week I have tried the injection therapy with excellent results. At first I thought I'd never be able to stick a needle into the side of my penis, but it actually does not hurt a bit. The needle is a very fine insulin needle, so barely a stick. I have now used it three times increasing the dosage each time to get to the right level for me. The medication is Trimix and is mixed at a compounding pharmacy. Cery inexpensive as a 3 monht supply of the medicine and needles cost around $50.
First attempt was a trial and stated with .1 ml of Trimix. I got about 1/3 erection which lasted about 30 minutes. Seconnd try was with .2 ml _________________ Age 58

Second try was with .2 ml and resulted in about a 60% erection which lasted about 45 minutes.
Today I increased the dose to .3 ml and it resulted in a 90% erection which lasted about an hour. So I'm close to my old self. I'll try for .35 ml next time.
For those men with ED from PCa surgery, consider the injection therapy while you're waiintg on a full recovery. I'm glad I did. And so is my wife. _________________ Age 58

Good to know. I'm only 7 1/2 wks post-op but Cialis is doing nothing for me. My surgeon's P.A. said the injection was a highly effective option. May have to try it down the road. _________________ 07/2009 DX with Gleason 4+3, PSA 4.1, age 63 1/2.
