I've been on bc pills for 4 months. My brests have been extreamly tender since. Two days ago I noticed that the color around the nipple has expanded. It is also a different shape. It is about the size of a quarter below the normal color.

Hi Quick, birth control pills can do funny and strange things to your body. If you have questions I would certainly suggest you call you PCP or OB/GYN for a consultation. The changes to the areola could be related to the birth control pills, but for your own peace of mind, find out for certain. Good luck and take care, Lauri

Hello

Depending on the BC pill you are taking, it may cause changes to your breasts. If you are concerned, you should be seen by your doctor to be checked.
