I have been told by my doctor I have Kappa light chain disease, I have seizures and diverticulitis that will not go away. Could all this be related ?
Stress fractures in the back too...narrowed discs and levo-scoliosis ?
I am tired and sore all the time. Is this all kinda normal for this kappa thing?

I find it hard to correlate your diverticulitis and seizures to your disease. I looked at the literature and could not find anything. But certainly your fatigue can be related to it. Fractures can be due to osteoporosis, as you are describing with narrowed disks and scoliosis, but other diseases can cause this, especially in someone that has your disease: multiple myeloma being one of them.

Leo

I'm a practising physician and new to the forum. I'm also a 42-year old victim of myeloma of the spine. I'm doing stable - fairly. Kindly state your age and sex, and if possible, your current medications when posting into the forum.

I commend Leo for his continued replies in the forum.
