As my brother weakens his speech is mostly inaudible, however from what we have been able to hear (apart from the occasional medication induced ramble) he wants and needs to communicate many important things to us during this time.

Does anyone know of a device that may be able to make his speech audible?

TIA

I don't know of a device that will make his voice audible. He may or may not be trying to say anything.

But what he can do is hear. I always assume a person can hear right up to their last brainwaive stops. It sounds like you have a lot to tell your brother. Sit down with him, hold his hand, and tell him what is in your heart.

Hi,
I was wondering if he was at home or hospice or any of those programs.
Many times they may have something that can help make his speech a little better to understand.
I would also try calling social services in your area. They may know who to contact with your request.
You may also contact cancer Care Network they may also may have something or some info for you.
I would think with all the modern technology there would be something
Don't give up hope. There are many valuable outlets out there if you can find them.
God bless and have a good day!
