Hodgkin's Maybe?

Hi, I just wanted to update on here and say that I am going to have a biopsy in the beginning of march. I am a 18 year old college student and I have several small lymph node swellings on my neck. None stick out noticeably, and I feel as if there are movable little lumps right underneath my rib cage, im not sure if they are lymph nodes or not. I was just wandering if i made a mistake by waiting so long to get my lymph node biopsied. I have had the swelling since august, and my doc. said i tested positive for mono. Could it just be a long after effect of mono, or should i be more worried. As well as having blood tests i have had a chest xray and everything came back good. Right now i am very positive, and I am not worried at all. WIll someone please respond to this!! My prayers go out to you all, and good luck with everything! Beesb

Hi Beesp,

I am glad your are positive. Try to remain that way. I don't know it you should be more worried because the biopsy could easily return negative for cancer.
