have asked doc why i have sensation of having to go all the time sometimes more then others, response is to spicey of foods, was his answer. not very sure what spicy means. do realize that i did do more physical than i should have one day. that put me behind on mymuscle control by lifting to much. is there a special diet to be followed? understand alcohol is bad. will be very happy when this is all over, providing all turns out good. Tony, I have no idea why spicy foods would affect you that way... however, if your doctor is telling you to avoid them, then you need to avoid peppers and other highly spiced foods like Mexican, Tai, some Indian, some Chinese, and many other foods. Just eat plain tasting foods. For more specific details, ask your doctor to make a referral to a nutritionist.
