I have three lumps (painless, hard and immobile and getting bigger). One is on my neck beneath my ear and the other is in my groin (same side). The first one I noticed was on my neck about 4 months ago. The others are in my groin, one is bigger than the other (marble size). I have been sick for over a year and docs don't know what is wrong. I have terrible headaches (back of my head - not a migraine), joint pain, extreme fatigue and lots of other weird things. Sometimes I lose my balance, get night sweats, and kidney pain. On that same side my leg and ear hurt constantly (face & leg go numb - other ear hurts sometimes). My bones hurt all the time (especially that leg). Every now and then I lose a little weight but not a lot.

I just had a CBC and the doctor said it was OK - nothing wrong. A strong dose of antibiotics did nothing - no infection. Should I be worried? I hope someone here can help me because I know something is wrong.

My mother also had swollen lymph nodes but they looked like boils. They did get bigger and became very painful. Her white blood count was 30,000 and she was given antibiotics with no results. Dr did a surgical biopsy on one of her nodes and at first thought it was lymphoma but after the tests came back it was lung cancer that had spread. I hope that yours isnt serious, but make sure the doctor doesnt just push your condition aside. My mothers chest xray from last year shows the same mass in her chest that apparently nobody seemed to think was important.
