Seeds and Urinary Problems from Enlarged Prostate

I have cancer in 2 of 14 quadrants, and am uncertain about whether to have the seeds or removal. My prostate is enlarged and creates problems of frequent and incomplete urination.

Do any of you know if the seeds help improve the enlargement problem and resulting urinanry difficulties?

I'm thinking that perhaps removal of the prostate would solve two problems: the cancer and the urinary difficulties. However, I'd far prefer the seeds because of simplicity and lack of pain and recuperation time, etc.

Can you share your experience? Namely, does seed implants help with urinary difficulties resulting from an enlarged prostate?
