I'm about 7 weeks since surgery and my urinary incontinence is not changing much. I use 2 to 3 pads per day. The whole thing is entirely manageable and I do think it will eventually improve. However, there is one area where leaking is more of a problem, and that is when I am playing tennis or engaged in other physical activity. I think a clamp, which I see advertised on the internet, might be useful in these circumstances. Anyone have experience with these devices?

I have no experience with these clamps but I would avoid them if I could. I say that only on the off chance they could create a dependence rather than relying on improving urinary control. The other concern is any degree of bruising or trauma to a penis that is already suffering from lack of erections and oxygen supply.

If other factors are in Place, it is possible to trigger penile scaring that can progress out of control. (Peyronies Disease)
