My duodenal tumor was benign but a whipple was performed to remove it.

My surgeon is finding it difficult to believe me when I tell her Creon (12) is giving me diarrhea. My surgery was in January so I started on Creon 10. When I continued to lose weight she wanted me to increase the dosage from 1 at snacks, 2 at breakfast & lunch, and 3 with dinner. My bowels were iffy with that dosage but increasing to 4 with dinner gave me diarrhea. And now with the Creon 12 I can't seem to get any dosage that works with my intestines. Is anyone else having trouble getting the dosage right with Creon 12?
