My wife was recently diagnosed with Pemphigus Vulgaris by her dermatologist. The dermatologist also took a mole from her vagina for testing. My wife's most recent blood test revealed a low blood count. The dermatologist asked my wife if she had been told that she had Luekemia. She hadn't. However, the blood test was only for herpes. What is the connection between the pv, and the moles that would bring Luekemia into the conversation?
