22 years old, what is it!!!!

I know the best thing is to go to a doctor, but I have been living outside the states for 7 months, and that is not the most easy option for me now. I was in russia for 6 months and now in norway for the last 1 1/2, and will be here until october. Now, 2 months before I left the us, I have been exhuasted beyond belief. I never feel rested, and it kicks my butt to do too much physical activity. I have joint pain often, nose bleeds occasionally and bleeding from my rectum, and just now, I am getting a little pain in my abdomn and in my lower back. I feel dizzy at times. The worst part of it is that I am a 22 year old male, and I should be in top condition! What could this possible be, cancer? Somthing else? I do not go to the doctor often, I do not like to, but I am concerned enough now to start some research...Can you help me with anythought or advise? Hi Lincoln,

it sound like it very well may be cancer, however it can very easily be something else too. You won't be sure until you've consulted a doctor about your worries.
If you're outside the US, maybe should ask someone that speaks the language of that country and also speaks English to come with you to maybe the hospital or something.
I'm 17 and I've been diagnosed with cancer a couple of months ago, ALL, with other symptoms, but if I'd been earlier with going to a doctor changes would have been much better.
Maybe you've already gone to see a doctor, otherwise you should do so soon. You never know what it is, and if it's something else, all the better, but it still will need medical attention probably.

You may want to ask soem phd about your symptoms. They can not give you diganosis but at least you will have some idea. Go to http://cancerfoc.us/ and search on you condition there is aslo an option to post question on forum just like here but there answer will come from scientis.
