I was diagnosed with with a borderline malignant tumor 4 years ago when i was 19 i had my first surgery then, there was a reocurrence 2 years after that. Now, two years after that,i now have a 4 cm tumor on my right ovary. I have been optomistic that it would not come back and scared that if i have an ooporectomy that i will need to go through chemo. Would i need to go through chemo if i had a ophorectomy? What are my chances of having childeren? Will my periods and hormones/mood be stable? Will my left ovary take over? My gyn/oct says my left is weak. Please if anyone has been through this or know of a situation like mine I would love some advice.

I can't really give you the best advise. I notice that no one has replied to your post, so I have to say something. You have to have a gyn-oc you can trust, and let him/her do what is needed. Your Dr. can't know for sure what to do until he/she gets inside. The tests can be misleading.
My wife has had 2 operations. Her Dr. removed everything my wife could live without during the first. During the second--after going through chemo-- the cancer was noduled rather than sheeted over her organs. Her Dr. was then able to remove the visable nodules.
